	Gary has established himself as an entrepreneur specializing in fractional real estate. He is recognized nationally for the development, marketing, and sale of fractional luxury properties. Gary has worked in the real estate mortgage industry in Utah, Nevada and Arizona since 1980. 29 years of in real estate operations and development clearly defines him as a modern day entrepreneur. Gary also owns and operates of his own mortgage company and has established a national reputation as an expert and keynote speaker for Fractional Homes International. Gary has been interviewed and featured recently in local and international magazines regarding the intricacies of the fractional business model. Today, Gary is aggressively growing Luxury Lodging and Exchange proving once again he has ability and skill to bring client and projects together.

Gary Became involved in retail sales and commercial real estate in the 70's. At age 29 was elected to public office and served on many influential boards and appointments focusing on economic development issues. In 1986 Gary was selected as the head of the Department of Economic Development in Provo, Utah. He became a business development ambassador for Western U.S. cities and initiated Strategic Public/Private partnerships with Asian companies in Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan.

Since 1991, Gary has owned and operated a successful real estate development and marketing consulting company, CDS & Associates. Corporate clients have included, Fairways Media, Rocky Mt. Power, Zions Bank, Best Buy, Wells Fargo Bank, General Electric, Wes Corp, T-mobile, Southwest Airlines, Novell Inc. and NuSkin International. The Cites of Henderson, North Las Vegas, Mesquite , Nevada and Jackson, Wy.

Gary has produced two TV Shows, TECHSTYLE TV, a 1/2 hour fast paced show featuring "new technology", and recently finished the first season of Real Golf TV, a weekly tabloid starring two hosts "behind the scenes at local and PGA golf events.

Gary is still actively promoting and managing golf tournaments that have raised millions for "Children's" based charities.
